Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TallStak's websites and services. By creating an account or using TallStak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with laws that apply to you. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Campaigns and User Content

Campaign creators are responsible for their campaign descriptions, goals, recipient addresses, images, updates, and use of funds. You may not create misleading, fraudulent, illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful campaigns or content. TallStak may review, restrict, or remove content and accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

3. Card Donations

Card donations are processed by Square and may also be governed by Square's terms. Payment authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and processor fees may be handled by the payment processor. A donation does not purchase ownership, equity, or a guaranteed benefit. Creators, donors, and recipients are responsible for any promises, refunds, reporting, and tax treatment that apply to them.

4. Solana Staking Features

A staking-enabled campaign may offer one Solana staking pool on its campaign page. You connect a compatible wallet and must approve each transaction in that wallet. TallStak does not need or request your seed phrase or private key.

Staking is not risk-free. Staking rewards are variable and are not guaranteed. Your principal and rewards can be affected by validator performance or penalties, smart-contract or program defects, wallet compromise, incorrect addresses, transaction errors, network outages or congestion, RPC failures, governance or protocol changes, operational failures, and changes in SOL's market value. Activation and deactivation follow Solana epoch timing, so staking and unstaking may not complete immediately.

Before signing, verify the network, campaign, pool and recipient addresses, amount, reward allocation, platform fee, and wallet instructions. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. You are responsible for maintaining enough SOL to cover network fees and for securing your wallet and recovery information.

5. Reward Allocation and Fees

Each pool may specify how generated rewards are allocated among the campaign, supporter, and platform. The campaign page is intended to display the applicable allocation and platform fee. Solana network fees and third-party wallet, validator, RPC, or payment-processor charges may also apply and can change. Review the current transaction and checkout details before approval.

6. No Custody, Investment Advice, or Guarantee

TallStak provides software that helps users interact with campaigns, payment processing, wallets, and Solana programs. TallStak does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, does not guarantee campaign results or staking returns, and does not endorse a campaign merely because it appears on the service. Do your own review and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on Square, Solana, wallet software, validators, RPC providers, block explorers, and other third parties. TallStak does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of them may create a separate relationship between you and that provider.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or access controls, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, manipulate campaign activity, use unlawfully obtained funds, or help another person do any of these things.

9. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the service and may impose reasonable limits for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. When practical, material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date above.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallStak is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or specific results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallStak, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, digital assets, rewards, or campaign proceeds arising from the service. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
