The essentials for creating, supporting, and reviewing a campaign
Getting Started
Create Your Account
Sign up with your email, choose a strong password, and complete any verification prompt shown to you.
Set Up Your Profile
Add your name and a short bio so supporters can understand who is behind your campaigns. Your wallet connects only when an on-chain action needs approval.
Create Your First Campaign
Open “Create Campaign,” add the story, goal, and timeframe, then enable card donations, one Solana staking pool, or both. Staking requires a valid Solana recipient address.
Campaigns
Campaign Settings
Set a goal and duration, write a specific description, and add an image when possible. Review the recipient address carefully before enabling staking.
Sharing Your Campaign
Share the campaign URL through your usual channels. Donations, staking controls, and the campaign story all live at that same address.
Monitoring Progress
Use the campaign page to review fundraising progress, community activity, and its single pool when staking is enabled.
Card Donations
Making a Donation
When card donations are enabled, enter an allowed amount in the campaign's donation form and review the payment details before submitting.
Payment Processing
Eligible card payments are securely processed by Square. The campaign page will say when card checkout is unavailable.
Receiving Funds
Payment status and the amount recorded for the campaign are shown after processing. Bank settlement timing, refunds, disputes, and processor fees may follow Square's terms.
Solana Staking
One Pool, Attached to Its Campaign
Each staking-enabled campaign has one pool. Its totals, terms, wallet actions, positions, and on-chain details appear directly on that campaign page.
Staking SOL
Connect Phantom, confirm you are on the expected network, enter an amount, and review the reward split and addresses. Your wallet must approve the transaction.
Positions and Unstaking
Connected-wallet positions are shown with the pool. Unstaking is another on-chain transaction and may not settle immediately because Solana stake activation and deactivation follow epoch timing.
Mainnet Safety Checklist
Protect Your Wallet
TallStak will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Use a trusted wallet, inspect its transaction prompt, and reject anything you do not understand.
Verify Before Approval
Check the campaign, pool and recipient addresses, amount, reward allocation, fees, and Solana network before signing. On-chain transactions can be irreversible.
Plan for Delays and Variability
Keep enough SOL for network fees. Reward estimates can change, and activation, deactivation, congestion, or RPC issues can delay a transaction or status update.
